Pearl Bank is the tallest and most populated high rise condominium when it’s completed in 1976. It was designed by Singaporean architect Tan Cheng Siong of Archurban Architects Planners which took inspiration to an airplane tail, one of the most iconic buildings in Outram area, if not the whole of Singapore.
